GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE GRILLED CHEESE IN 10 EASY STEPS

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Vegenaise Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Spread
  • 2 Slices GF Bread
  • 5 Slices Turkey
  • 1 Slice Vegan Cheese
  • 1 Non-Stick Pan
  • 1 Silicone Spatula
Instructions
  1. Warm the Non-Stick Pan on medium heat.

  2. Grab your bread slices and spread "butter" on one side of each piece of bread.

  3. Turn heat down to medium low and place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the pan. 

  4. Spread mayo onto the bread slice that is in the pan, without lifting the slice. 

  5. Add slice of vegan cheese and let it set for 30 seconds or so.

  6. Add turkey on top, folded or layered. 

  7. Take the next slice of bread and add mayo to the side that is not buttered. 

  8. Carefully add the bread slice and flip sandwich over to toast the other side. 

  9. Leave until cheese and turkey have warmed through. 

  10. Enjoy! Be careful as the slices may want to slip off due to the mayo.
